We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our commercial facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, ensures a safe and clean environment, and consistently meets cleaning standards.

• Vacuum carpets and rugs in all assigned areas

• Dust mop and wet mop floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Wipe down tables, desks, and other surfaces

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including break rooms and restrooms (if applicable)

• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and trash liners

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management

• Follow all safety guidelines and cleaning procedures

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed

• Reliable and punctual with transportation

• Commercial building (office setting)

• Requires evening hours after 5p daily

• $15-$18

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)

2) Janitorial Staff SW Houston [1099 Employee] Monday - Friday [5p-8p] $15-$18 per hour
